The arrival was good, with fresh bread, cheese, and Prosecco waiting for us. The clean room and lovely hot tubs enhanced our relaxing experience .

We did face some inconvenience with the requirement to book a package for the spa, which we weren't aware of until closer to our arrival.

The big bath was nice, but alas, no hot tub in my apartment at all. I almost thought about giving a glowing review, but then i found out I had to book a spa package days before arriving! What kind of hotel does that? I expected a complimentary upgrade after all this inconvenience, but clearly, my expectations were too high here.
